The Precision Products SB6000RD commercial broadcast spreader is the right spreader for the biggest jobs and the toughest conditions. The spreader effectively covers a 10- to 12-foot spread pattern, includes a convenient fingertip cable control for quick and easy adjustments, and holds a whopping 130 pounds in 3,827 cubic inches for the biggest jobs. It's made with a 1-inch powder-coated steel frame, a rugged, heavy-duty plastic hopper with wrap-around support, and a steel mesh hopper screen to stand up to the roughest jobsite conditions and treatments. Two 15-inch pneumatic treaded turf tires with steel wheels provide extra durability and smooth operation over all terrains, and a handy rain cover is included for spreading in poor weather. A two-piece handle with grips makes moving the larger load a snap. disappointed right off the bat!

just used the spreader for the first time today and was disappointed right from the start. the unit has good balance and rolls easily, but the little wire clip that is suppose the keep the grass seed flowing through the holes to the spreader plate doesn't work!! it is just a skinny little piece of wire and isn't effective at all. had to keep gauge holes wide open to get any seed flow. engineering must have gone on break when that part of the unit was being developed. needless to say the whole unit doesn't work very well if the product you are trying to apply dosen't flow well. very disapointed !! other than that, it seems to be a well made product.
